The tree is characterized by vigorous growth. At a young age, the crown has an upright shape, which over the years becomes broadly pyramidal with arching, drooping scaffold branches. The variety is not self-fertile; for cross-pollination, varieties such as Conference, Beurré Hardy, Williams, or Bosc are recommended.

The fruits are medium to large in size and have a symmetrical pear shape. Upon ripening, the skin changes color from yellow-green to golden-yellow, often with a red blush. The flesh is yellowish-white, very juicy, sweet with a slight acidity. The harvest ripens in August and requires rapid collection, as the fruits are not intended for long-term storage.
