The rootstock is semi-dwarfing and possesses high anchorage, ensuring resistance to lodging. It does not produce root suckers and demonstrates good compatibility with various pear varieties.
The plant is resistant to fire blight, pear psylla, and certain species of aphids. Propagation via hardwood cuttings is difficult, therefore the in vitro method is preferred for obtaining planting material.
