The variety is intended for cultivation in short-rotation energy plantations. The plants are distinguished by vigorous growth, typical for Salix viminalis energy varieties, with shoot heights of about 1.7–1.8 m in the first year after cutting and up to 4.2–4.3 m in subsequent periods.
The variety demonstrates a low level of rust infection with a score of less than 1 on the evaluation scale. An upright growth habit was established in the breeding process. The high biomass productivity of the variety makes it significant for further crossing in the development of new hybrids.
