The variety is a tall plant, reaching a height of about 130 cm, with characteristic anthocyanin coloration of the coleoptile. The long, loose ear has a brownish hue, and the grain is distinguished by its large size, red-brown color, and a thousand kernel weight of up to 60 g.

The plant belongs to the early-maturing group and is suitable for extensive cultivation with moderate lodging resistance. The variety is hulled and requires an obligatory dehulling process after harvest.

The produce is characterized by a high crude gluten content, often exceeding 45%. Baked goods made from flour of this variety are distinguished by good volume, elasticity, and softness of the crumb.
