Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety has a genetic origin from the ST.24 line and the Ardenne and Altgold varieties. Morphologically, the line is distinguished by a very high degree of "spelt-like" traits, where the percentage of grain dehulling during threshing is less than 1%.

The variety possesses good milling and baking properties, allowing for the production of high-quality flour. It is used in breeding programs and scientific research aimed at studying the crop's potential in organic farming.
