The variety belongs to the red-grain type and demonstrates a high degree of leaf and spike health. The grain of the variety is characterized as small. One of the key features is the erect leaf habit in spring, as well as active soil coverage by the plants until the end of the heading phase.
Technological properties of the variety include obtaining soft dough, typical for spelt. The flour yield is at an average level, comparable to the Oberkulmer Rotkorn variety. The variety was specifically bred for professional organic crop production.
