The variety has vigorous vines and is characterized by late bud break, which reduces the risk of damage from spring frosts. Bunches are medium-sized, cylindrical in shape and high in density; berries are small or medium, round, yellow-green in color with thick skin.

The plant is demanding regarding soil conditions and prefers calcareous sites, possessing moderate winter hardiness. The variety is characterized by high yield, which requires crop load regulation, and susceptibility to rot, especially Botrytis.

Wines from this variety are characterized by high acidity and an aromatic profile with floral and exotic notes. Due to sugar accumulation in favorable years, the variety is suitable for the production of high-quality dessert wines.
