Graisse (Plant de Graisse) is an indigenous heirloom variety intended for winemaking and distillation. The plant is productive, with an upright vine growth habit, active formation of lateral shoots and vines, and is well-suited for short pruning.

The variety has low susceptibility to oidium. The spirits obtained from it are distinguished by their delicacy, floral notes, and a characteristic oily undertone. Currently, the variety is considered rare and is being purposefully revived to preserve the historical diversity of the region. Synonyms: Gras, Blanquette, Taloche, Gros-Blanc.
