The plant is of medium maturity group with medium vigor and a semi-upright bush. The leaves are large, round, almost entire or weakly lobed, with slight cobwebby pubescence on the underside. Bunches are small or medium, dense, cylindrical in shape. Berries are round, small or medium, yellowish-green in color with a waxy bloom and thick skin.

The variety has high resistance to winter frosts, but is at risk of damage by spring frosts due to early bud burst. Resistance to fungal diseases is low; susceptibility to grey mold (Botrytis cinerea) is noted. The wines are characterized by high acidity, moderate alcohol content, and mineral notes.
