Variety description

The variety was obtained in 1988 by crossing FR 147-66 and We 75-34-13. The genetics of the variety include components of Riesling, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc and wild Vitis species, including Vitis amurensis.
The plant has strong growth with an upright arrangement of shoots. The clusters are loose, the berries are small or medium in size. Due to the loose structure of the clusters, the variety is resistant to grey mold, and the high resistance to downy mildew and powdery mildew allows for a reduction in the use of plant protection products.
The variety is intended for wine production. The flavor and aroma characteristics of the beverages include exotic notes of gooseberry and yellow apple with harmonious acidity, which makes it an alternative to classic varieties.
