Gaidouricha N is a wine grape variety of the species Vitis vinifera L. The name of the variety translates from Greek as "female donkey," and the letter "N" in the international classification denotes the black color of the berries.
The variety is considered ancient and traditional for Greece. Molecular genetic studies established its genetic relationship with the Agiomavritiko variety, which indicates their common origin. The variety is part of the heterogeneous Mavroudia group and requires further ampelographic identification.
