Bushes of the Gergana variety are characterized as medium-vigorous. The variety is distinguished by high and stable fruit-bearing. Technological maturity of the berries occurs in mid- or late September.

The cluster is of medium size, conical or cylindro-conical in shape, and of medium density. Berries are medium, rounded, yellow-green in color with a waxy bloom. The skin is of medium thickness and firm. The flesh is juicy, with a harmonious taste and a light muscat aroma. Sugar content is approximately 20.2%, acidity is 7.3 g/l.

The variety is intended for the production of high-quality white wines, including sparkling wines, with fruity notes of apple, pear, melon, and citrus. At present, the variety is considered rare and endangered.
