The variety is the result of breeding work by Professor Pál Kozma and is classified as a selected clone of the well-known Kadarka variety.
This clone is intended for use as a wine grape variety. The breeding was aimed at combining reliable yield with quality characteristics and resistance, however, detailed morphological descriptions and agronomic indicators are not provided in open publications.
