The variety is a breeding clone of the traditional "Kadarka". Selection and maintenance of the purity of this clone are carried out by the Research Institute for Viticulture and Enology of the University of Pécs in Hungary.
This grape belongs to the category of industrial varieties intended for the production of red wines. Detailed morphological traits, such as leaf description or vine parameters, are absent in open sources, as the clone is used primarily within the framework of breeding work to preserve varietal qualities.
