The variety is considered traditional for Southwestern Bulgaria. It belongs to late-ripening varieties, with harvesting taking place in the second half of September. Vines have medium vigor. Clusters are medium-sized, cylindrical, very compact, with a weight of 180–500 g. Berries are oval, medium-sized, with a thick, elastic skin of a greenish-yellow color and a harmonious sweet taste.
The plant is sensitive to low winter temperatures, downy mildew, and powdery mildew, but is resistant to heat, drought, and gray mold. It is not prone to flower thinning and millerandage. Wines from this variety are characterized by a light straw color, aromas of apple, pear, apricot, and herbs, moderate acidity, and a sugar content at the level of 19–20%.
