Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is a wine grape with a medium or late ripening period. Genetically, the variety is presumed to be the result of a natural cross between an unknown variety and Bombino Bianco. Previously, it was often mistaken for the Bogdanuša variety.

Regarding agrotechnical characteristics, the plant is noted for its susceptibility to downy mildew and powdery mildew. The variety is of local importance for Croatian winemaking, and its morphological characteristics require further clarification.
