The bush is of medium vigor, similar in growth habit to the Grüner Veltliner variety; shoots have bluish-violet tips. Leaves are medium-sized, predominantly three-lobed, pentagonal in shape. Bunches are cylindrical-conical, of moderate density. Berries are medium-sized, broadly elliptical.
The variety is classified as medium or medium-late, ripening in late September — early October. It is characterized by low yield, sufficient winter hardiness, and medium resistance to major fungal diseases. It is used as a wine variety for the production of extractive full-bodied wines with a spicy taste.
