Variety description

The variety is characterized by very high vine vigor. Leaves are large, deeply lobed, three- or five-lobed. Bunches are usually large, conical in shape, and winged. Berries are round, black, and covered with a bluish-grey waxy bloom.

The flower type is functionally female, which requires cross-pollination. The variety exhibits susceptibility to fungal diseases, particularly downy mildew and powdery mildew, and is prone to flower abortion. Yield is described as unstable and not the highest.

Wine from this variety is distinguished by a light color, moderate acidity, low tannin levels, and pronounced floral-fruity aromas.
