The variety is an intraspecific hybrid of the Vitis vinifera species. Vines have very high vigor, the flower is bisexual. Late maturity implies a growing season of 151 to 180 days, depending on the climatic conditions of the cultivation region.
Clusters are large, conical in shape, branched and loose, with an average weight of 530 g. Berries are very large, elongated, weighing 10–14 g, colored blue-black with a thick bloom. The flesh is firm and crisp, the skin is edible. Sugar content is about 17% with an acidity of 5.2–5.4 g/l.
Resistance to downy mildew, powdery mildew, phylloxera and viral diseases is medium; the variety is relatively resistant to grey mold. Frost resistance is low, with a tolerance limit of -15...-18°C. Recommended for cultivation in southern regions using low-vigor rootstocks.
