The variety has pentagonal leaves with 3 or 5 lobes. Clusters are dense, cylindrical-conical in shape, ranging from small to medium in size. Berries are small or medium, slightly ellipsoidal in shape, with pink skin.
The crop possesses high growth vigor, while being sensitive to fungal diseases, including downy mildew, powdery mildew, and gray mold; however, it demonstrates sufficient resistance to winter frosts. Long pruning and the use of trellises are recommended.
Used for the production of wines with high alcohol content and medium acidity, characterized by full-bodiedness and aroma. Wines of this variety are prone to rapid maderization.
