Variety description

The variety is early or mid-early with vigorous vine growth, requiring the use of wide trellises and high training systems. The plant is characterized by low resistance to frost and fungal diseases, in particular to Botrytis cinerea. It prefers dry, less fertile and stony soils.

The leaves of the variety are large, five-lobed and light-colored. The clusters are large, conical in shape with wings, and dense. The berries are medium-sized, rounded, light red or pinkish in color. Harvesting usually begins from the first half of September.

A wine grape variety intended for the production of white wines with a golden-yellow hue and a neutral aroma. Taste characteristics are distinguished by fullness, harmony and low acid content, which contributes to the rapid maturation of the wine. The variety is often used in blends.
