The Cypriot indigenous variety is a wine grape. Its berries and clusters are large and brightly colored. The variety is cultivated in the Paphos region at an altitude of 400–1100 meters above sea level and is used to create white dry wines with pronounced acidity and notes of peach, lemon, flowers, and honey.

The table hybrid form is a vigorous vine with an early ripening period. Clusters are cylindrical, weighing 800–1500 g. Berries are large, up to 35 g, elongated in shape, and milky-white with a pink hue. The flesh is firm and crisp, the taste is harmonious, sometimes with a muscat flavor, and frost resistance is down to -23°C.
