Valentino N. is a wine grape variety of the Vitis vinifera L. species. The letter N in the name indicates the dark color of the berry skin. The variety is intended for winemaking, in particular the production of still and sparkling wines in Italy.
Kishmish «Валентино» is a vigorous hybrid form with a very early maturity group and perfect flowers. Clusters are cylindrical-conical, weighing 500–1200 g. Berries are yellow, oval, weighing 5–7 g, and belong to the I–II seedless class. The flesh is firm and crunchy, the skin is thin, and the flavor is harmonious.
This hybrid form is characterized by frost resistance down to -23°C and requires covering for winter. Resistance to fungal diseases is assessed as medium. The variety is intended for fresh consumption or drying.
