Varderana Bianca is a local variety, historically widespread in the Gargano region of Apulia. The tree is characterized by medium vigor and has a spreading crown shape.

The variety is bifere and parthenocarpic. The leaves have five lobes with entire margins. The fruits are small, weighing 20–50 g, with light green skin and white lenticels, a long petiole, and dark red juicy flesh.
