FERCAHUN is a selection of Prunus avium and is used as a rootstock for cherry trees. It was created for establishing the foundations of French virus-free seed orchards.

The rootstock has a seed germination rate of 60–70% after stratification. In terms of vigor and yield of trees grafted onto this rootstock, it is similar to the traditional F 12/1 rootstock.
