The tree is characterized by high vigor and consistent yield. The canopy has a spherical weeping shape, formed by long, thin branches; the leaves are dark green and elliptical. The variety belongs to late maturity groups, with fruits ripening gradually, in phases.
The plant is adapted to the difficult climatic conditions of northern olive-growing regions. The primary purpose is the production of Extra Virgin oil, which has a harmonious taste with hints of artichoke, almond, green clover, and black pepper. The fruits can also be used for curing.
