Variety description

10 August 2026

The trees possess high plasticity, adapting to various soil types and arid conditions, and also exhibit resistance to diseases, in particular to peacock spot (Spilocaea oleaginea). The variety is self-incompatible and requires cross-pollination with Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino, or Cellina di Nardò varieties.

The medium-sized fruits with a small stone provide a high oil yield, reaching 24%. The product is characterized by an intense taste with notes of artichoke, bitter almond, and tomato leaves, as well as a high content of polyphenols, which ensures stability during storage.
