The variety belongs to the late-maturing group; harvesting takes place between November and January. The tree is distinguished by its adaptability: it is well-suited to various soil types, including stony ones, and is tolerant to high temperatures, drought, and frost. Increased resistance to the fungal disease peacock spot is noted.

The fruits are of medium size with a small pit; the oil content at full maturity reaches 21–26%. The variety is an oil-producing type and is suitable for mechanical harvesting. The oil is characterized by an intense taste with bitterness and spicy notes; the aroma contains shades of fresh vegetables, grass, artichoke, tomato leaves, almond, or hazelnut.
