Variety description

The tree features an upward-growing crown shape and long internodes. Leaves are large, bright dark green, without curvature of the blade. Fruits are ovoid, medium to large in size with a weight of 2.2–3.3 g, and have a reddish-purple color at maturity. The peduncle is short; resistance to premature shedding is observed.

The variety has a medium-late maturity group with gradual fruit ripening. It is characterized by good endurance and resistance to low temperatures, but is sensitive to Cycloconium oleaginum. It enters the bearing stage early, ensuring stable yields.

An oil-bearing variety with an oil output of 14–16%. The resulting oil is characterized by a harmonious taste with notes of fresh grass, green almond, and artichoke, with light bitterness and pungency in the aftertaste. It is an important component of the Colline Teatine Protected Designation of Origin.
