The Geracese tree has medium vigor, a spreading crown, and a low height, which facilitates harvesting. The fruits have an obovate shape, an average weight of about 3 g, and a size of 15–16 mm. The flesh accounts for 83% of the fruit weight, and the flesh-to-pit ratio is five.

The plant is partially self-fertile; to increase yield, it is recommended to plant pollinator varieties, for example, Sinopolese. The variety enters bearing late, with average and biennial yields. The oil yield is about 20%. The oil has a balanced flavor with notes of olive leaf, grass, and dried fruit.
