TODOLIVO S.L.

The variety is autochthonous to Sicily and is used primarily as a table variety for canning, although it is also suitable for oil production. The tree has medium vigor with a spreading canopy and narrow, grayish-green, lanceolate leaves.
The fruits are notable for their large size (8–15 g) and elliptical shape. During the ripening process, which occurs early (from late August to mid-October), the fruit color changes from green to dark purple. The variety is characterized by low productivity and alternate bearing.
The plant is sensitive to drought and is susceptible to diseases such as peacock spot and olive knot.
