10 August 2026
The tree is characterized by medium to high vigor, medium-density crown, and drooping shoots. The fruits are ellipsoidal with an apical nipple, medium to medium-large in size; upon ripening, they change color to wine-red, almost black.
The variety has medium-high productivity with a tendency toward biennial bearing. Harvesting is carried out from the first ten days of October until the beginning of November. The oil content of the fruits is 14–15%. The oil has a harmonious taste with notes of freshly cut grass, almond, and artichoke.
The variety has medium resistance to cold and water stress, and is susceptible to peacock spot, olive fruit fly, and olive knot. The tree is sensitive to waterlogging and clay soils, and requires protection from wind due to weak attachment of mature fruits to the pedicel.
