The variety is traditional for central Greece and the Peloponnese. The plant is characterized by broad leaves, with a length-to-width ratio of 4.0:1. The variety is capable of growing at altitudes up to 800 meters above sea level due to its cold tolerance.

The fruits have a spherical shape without a nipple, and their average weight is about 3 grams. The pit has a cylindro-conical shape, and the pulp-to-pit ratio is approximately 4.70:1. The oil obtained from this variety has a mild flavor.
