ActiveOlea europaea L. · Olive
TODOLIVO S.L.

The variety is characterized by vigorous growth and high hardiness. The tree is adapted to growing in shallow soils in foothill conditions and possesses resistance to common parasites and fungal diseases, such as peacock spot. The branches have a twisted shape.
The variety belongs to the late-maturing group; the harvesting period usually falls in the second half of November. Fruiting is stable and abundant. Cultivation is often complicated by the location on slopes, which hinders the mechanization of harvesting.
The oil obtained from the fruits has a golden color with green hues. The flavor profile includes fruity notes, hints of fresh almond, bitter notes of artichoke, and slight pungency. The product is distinguished by a high content of antioxidants and phenolic compounds.
