The Myrtolia tree reaches a height of 8–10 meters. The leaves are light green in color, with dimensions of approximately 3.96 cm in length and 0.93 cm in width. The oval-shaped fruits have an average weight of about 0.47 g, and the pulp-to-pit ratio varies from 3.9:1 to 6:1.

The oil content of the fruit is 21–24%. The variety is characterized by high productivity and resistance to cold, drought, and olive tree tuberculosis. At the same time, the plant is demanding in terms of soil moisture, as flower shedding is observed when there is a deficiency. The main purpose is the production of olive oil with an intense yellow color and the aroma of ripe olives.
