TODOLIVO S.L.
10 August 2026
The variety belongs to local traditional cultivars widespread in Italy. Genetic studies using microsatellite markers confirm that this variety is a distinct genotype and shows affinity to the Olivastra di Montalcino variety.
The characteristics of the endocarp serve as the main identification feature of the variety, as they are the most stable and least susceptible to the influence of environmental conditions. Detailed agronomic indicators, such as yield or specific ripening dates, are not described in open scientific publications.
