ActiveOlea europaea L. · Olive
TODOLIVO S.L.
10 August 2026
The variety is a vigorous tree with a dense canopy, tending to grow both wide and tall. The medium-sized leaves are elliptical or lanceolate in shape, olive-green on the top and grey on the bottom. The fruits are medium to large in size, oval, slightly asymmetrical, and darken upon ripening.
The plant bears fruit regularly with proper care, however, it is sensitive to adverse weather during the flowering period and early autumn cold. The variety is susceptible to pests and diseases such as peacock spot, olive fruit fly, olive moth, scale insects, and sooty mold.
The oil from the fruits of this variety is characterized by high quality. Harvesting yellowing fruits yields a product with a pronounced aroma, bitterness, and pungency, while using dark fruits results in a milder and fruitier oil.
