The tree is characterized as vigorous and long-lived. The olives are small, with an average fruit weight of about 2 g. The variety shows sensitivity to cold, sea breezes, diseases, and pests, and is also prone to alternate bearing.

The oil is characterized by a high yield (over 22%), a medium-fruity aroma with vegetable notes, and a harmonious combination of bitterness and pungency of medium intensity. The color of the product is golden with greenish hues. Due to the small size of the fruits, the variety is practically not used as a table olive.
