The variety is late-maturing and ripens in the 6th–7th cherry week. The tree is medium-sized, reaches 3–4 meters in height, and is often cultivated in bush form. The variety has high susceptibility to Monilinia, which requires mandatory protective measures.
The fruits are large, reaching 21 mm in diameter and a mass of about 5.3 g. The fruit shape is round or slightly oval, and the color varies from dark red to almost black when fully ripe. The flesh is soft and juicy, with a sweet-and-sour taste; the stone separates well.
The variety has a versatile purpose. The fruits are widely used for the preparation of juices, jams, compotes, freezing, and in confectionery production.
