Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is a medium-sized tree, well-compatible with quince rootstock. It requires fertile, well-drained soils and a high amount of heat for development. With high yields, fruit thinning is necessary to prevent overloading.

Fruits are large, weighing from 200 to 350 g, oval or ovate in shape, yellow-green in color with bronze russeting and a possible pink blush. The flesh is white, juicy, buttery, with a melting texture, and possesses a sweet taste with a spicy aroma.

Harvesting takes place in late September to early October. The variety is characterized by high keeping quality: up to 4 months in a standard refrigerator and up to 7 months under controlled atmosphere conditions. The plant is sensitive to drought and the phenomenon of sudden wilting.
