The tree is medium-sized, with a pyramidal crown at a young age, which becomes spreading with age. The variety requires warm, wind-protected planting sites, possesses low winter hardiness of the wood, and is susceptible to scab and pear leaf blister mite. On quince rootstock, the tree is not sufficiently long-lived.

The fruits have an irregular knobby shape, their size reaches 120 mm in length and 90 mm in width. Upon ripening, the skin acquires a bright yellow hue, often with an orange-red blush. The flesh is yellowish-white, semi-melting, sweet, and juicy, with a very faint muscat aroma. The fruits are not suitable for long-term storage.

The variety is a poor pollinator. For cross-pollination, the varieties «Вильямс», «Гюйо» and «Бере Боск» are recommended.
