The tree is medium-sized, 2.5 to 5 meters in height, with a broadly pyramidal canopy of medium density. Fruits weighing 180–300 g have a short neck and a thickened silhouette. There are two varieties: Green Anjou with light green skin that remains unchanged upon ripening, and Red Anjou with red-orange tones.

The variety is self-sterile and requires the presence of pollinators. Harvesting takes place in mid-to-late September. Yield is stable, reaching 40–55 kg per tree. Fruits can be stored in cold conditions for up to 4–6 months. The plant has medium winter hardiness and above-average resistance to scab and powdery mildew.
