Poire de Notre-Dame, also known by the synonyms Poire de Grise, Boutoc and Poire d'Ange, is an autumn maturity variety. Harvesting is recommended from mid-September, as leaving the fruits on the tree for too long makes them prone to rapid internal flesh breakdown.

The fruits are medium-sized, with brown rough skin, and belong to the culinary type intended for boiling or baking. The tree is characterized by high growth and high winter hardiness, while the variety is described as moderately susceptible to scab.
