ActivePyrus communis L. · European pear
EST. PRODUCTIVO DE DANILO CHRISTEN
10 August 2026
The tree of this variety is vigorous; at a young age, it is characterized by weak vertical growth of the crown, which over time becomes dense and broadly rounded. The variety belongs to summer types; fruit ripening occurs in late August — September.
The fruits reach 10 cm in length and possess a wine aroma. The variety is considered universal: it is used for fresh consumption, baking, drying, and processing, including for the production of cider or perry. The trees demonstrate good general resistance but can be susceptible to scab.
