The tree is vigorous, possesses good winter hardiness and is suitable for cultivation on quince rootstock as a dwarf crop. The variety shows moderate resistance to fire blight and enters the fruiting period relatively early.
Fruits are large, uniform, yellow in color with a characteristic blush and russeting. The flesh is yellowish-white, firm, fine-grained and very juicy, distinguished by a rich wine-like flavor. The variety is characterized by irregular yield, which can improve with the presence of pollinators.
