The Mouyssaguès (Mouyssaguès N) variety is a rare wine grape variety originating from the southwestern part of France. Its name is associated with the commune of Moissac in the Tarn-et-Garonne department. The variety is included in the official French catalogue and is used in some appellations as an additional component in blends.

Mouyssaguès belongs to red varieties, as indicated by the N (noir) index in its official name. The variety is poorly studied and is practically not used in commercial viticulture; its cultivation is primarily carried out for the preservation of the autochthonous grape gene pool.
