The ROTUNA variety is an uncommon wine grape adapted to the conditions of the Ebro River valley. In the conditions of Aragon, harvesting occurs from late August to mid-September.
Wines produced from this grape possess high acidity and moderate alcohol content. The variety is valuable for blending, helping to adjust the acidity of other white wines in the region.
