Plants of this variety are vigorous and have hermaphroditic flowers. Leaves are large, five-lobed or three-lobed, reticulate-wrinkled, with heavy pubescence on the underside. Bunches are medium to large, cylindrical or cylindrical-conical in shape, with density varying from loose to compact.
Berries are large, round, black or dark blue, with thick, crispy skin and firm, juicy flesh. The flavor is simple and harmonious; sugar accumulation occurs relatively slowly.
The variety has low winter hardiness (from -21 °C to -23 °C) and low resistance to downy mildew, powdery mildew, Phomopsis, and gray mold. Used primarily for table consumption, although in some regions it is used for winemaking.
