The variety is intended for the production of white wines. Bunches are medium-sized, conical in shape, with densely packed berries. Berries are medium-sized, spherical, covered with a thick yellow-green skin; the flesh is juicy. Harvesting is carried out at the end of September.
At harvest, the grapes accumulate 220–240 g/l of sugar in the must. The variety exhibits increased sensitivity to atmospheric and soil drought, which can negatively affect the sugar accumulation process.
Wines from this variety are characterized by freshness and high acidity. The aromatic profile is variable: it may contain notes of rose jam, basil, linden blossom, peach, honey, and citrus.
