Variety description

The vine is characterized by vigorous growth and upright shoots. The leaf is large, five-lobed, dark green in color, with slight pubescence. The flower is hermaphroditic. The bunch is medium-sized, cylindrical-conical or cylindrical in shape, often with a wing, with medium or high berry density. The berry is small, round, white or greenish-yellow in color, with juicy pulp and skin of medium thickness.

The variety belongs to the PIWI group and is resistant to downy mildew, powdery mildew, and gray mold. Frost resistance is high, however, early bud burst makes the plant vulnerable to spring late frosts. When cultivated, it may show sensitivity to drought. Yield is high.

Wine from the Bronner variety is full-bodied, with fruity notes of apple, pear, citrus, and pineapple, moderate acidity, and potential for aging. The variety's pedigree contains genes of other species, but it is classified as Vitis vinifera.
